| TERMS OF AFFILIATION |
| The Council may at their discretion admit selected Industrial concerns to Affiliated Membership of the Association, providing such Companies undertake to: a. Support the objectives of the Association and encourage the study of Machine Woodworking Technology amongst their employees. b. An affiliated concern may appoint a member of their staff to attend divisional meetings, readings of papers and discussions, works visits and other appropriate meeting, including the Annual General Meeting of the Association, but the person so appointed shall not take part in any ballot or vote taken at such meeting. c. Each affiliated concern shall receive one free copy of all technical literature and other publications issued by the Association. d. Each affiliated concern shall receive notification of all open meetings appertaining to their division, and one copy of the minutes of those meetings. e. An affiliated concern may use, on their letter heading only the Insignia of the Association of a size to be prescribe by the Council, the printing block to be provided at the firms own expense. |
| All applicants for membership of the Association shall pay a registration fee of £5.00 which shall accompany all forms of application. The fee is not returnable. Annual subscription due 1st May each year. AFFILIATED MEMBERSHIP FEE : £50.00 |
